About
Cheryl Jacobs
"I've been creating jewelry for over seventeen years
and never tire of the creative process. I originally became
a jeweler because of the chance to work with stones and fossils
of every description. However, over time I've tried working
with different metals, and have created pieces with very nontraditional
stones. The most exciting part of making jewelry today is
that anything goes, there is no right nor wrong way to create
a piece of wearable art. If the aesthetics are in place and
the design process is working then who's to say what a piece
of jewelry should be and what is should be made of".
